Organization and Departments

• Reviews Customer RFQ and prepares proposal.
• Negotiates and receives PO from Customer.
• Creates job book for review by Project team and distributes information to all departments.

• Monitors job progress until fabrication complete.
• Customer point contact throughout order.

• GEA Rainey is a registered Oklahoma Professional Engineering firm, with multiple PEs holding stamps in various States / Provinces
• Designs according to various specifications such as ASME, API, PED, etc.
• Reviews Customer specifications, creates and submits approval design drawings to customer.
• Submits drawings to purchasing for procurement.
• Revises design drawings as applicable and distributes certified finals to appropriate departments.
• Detail engineer takes certified final design drawings and creates structural detail drawings. 
• Submits drawings to purchasing and structural department.

• Purchases and expedites materials for fabrication.

• Header and fin tube departments manufacture parts per certified final design drawings.
• Structural department manufactures parts per detail drawings.
• Assembly department assembles bundles and units.

• Certified to ISO 9001:2000.
• Department reports directly to the President / CEO to ensure a high quality product.
• Monitors and inspects quality of workmanship throughout fabrication.

• Receives and inventories job material.
• Sends completed product to customer.

• Sends invoice to customer per contract’s terms and conditions.
